Frequently Ask Questions
Which shipping method do you
offer?
EMS expedited courier is the available shipping
option when dispatching from Malaysia. From HK we use UPS and EMS, and from
China, DHL in most cases. NB. We will not ship to post office boxes
How long does it take to
process and ship orders?
All orders are shipped within 7 working days
following clearance of funds.
Do you accept orders from
Nigeria, Vietnam, Indonesia or Russia, including Ukraine?

Are your products new or
factory reconditioned?
All products advertised are brand new and
delivered in original manufacturers packaging
Do you have a warranty on your
products?
Yes, All our products come with a 12 month
warranty. Some merchandise is guaranteed with a longer manufacturer's warranty
How do I know if my order has
been despatched?
You will be advised of the relevant courier
tracking number as soon as your order is despatched.
Will I incur any customs/taxes
when the product comes into the country?
We will endeavour to ensure that any import duties are minimised, But these
will remain the responsibility of the buyer
What is your
Cancellation/Return/Refund Policy?
We guarantee against manufacturers' defects for 7
days from the date of the delivery.
Products with Manufacturer Warranties, which
exceed 7 days, may be returned directly to the manufacturer according to their
instructions.
All returns/refunds/cancellations/exchanges must
be made within 7 days of receipt of the merchandise. Merchandise must be in
original factory condition, and must include all original packaging materials,
warranty cards, manuals and accessories.
If it is a mistake on our part we will give you a
full refund. A 20% restocking charge will apply if product is returned due to
customer error.
Customers will be responsible for all charges
associated with shipping and handling. Once the merchandise is returned to
our warehouse, credit will be issued for the original purchase price less
shipping and handling
